i have read 158 books so far this year. and did a video on all of them. I am a series person. I am currently read 4 series and doing videos on them all. plus i have a weekly video where i review 50 or more books and another one at least 20. and no one is watching. LOL. one day.

I'm just curious, where did you hear the Evenfall Witches series is going to be discontinued? I tried looking it up after watching this, but I couldn't find anything, and it's hard to believe since book two ends on a huge cliffhanger.

Loved the music you picked, the baking, and friend reading time! And getting to hear your thoughts on some horror books. I've never read a horror book before so I'm still trying to figure out what to try when I'm someone who gets easily scared 😅

LOVE starting out with a bang! I'm also on the "Will I ever finish Throne of Glass/ACOTAR series?" I read Throne of Glass and started Crown of Midnight, but I got maybe a 4th of the way through and stopped reading it... that was back in October 2015😅 I then picked up ACOTAR back then as well and only made it about 30ish pages too. I still own some books from each series for that moment of maybe just maybeee I'll get back into someday haha. Also House of Salt and Sorrows definitely surprised me, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! There's a signing event at a library near me for House of Roots and Ruin so now I'm considering going to that to pick up this book after your pitch. I do have commitment issues with following through with book series. I've started picking up more graphic novels/comics and standalone to help with my commitment issues haha

maybe if you're having issues with reading AGGGTM try the British editions? I believe the US editions changed quite a few things and made the reading experience less enjoyable (or at least that's what I've heard from others!)

House of Roots and Ruin is one of my favorites of the year, and of all time. I liked it even more than the first one!

One of my goals this year is to finish as many series as I can....I started three new series lol. I just started Foxglove though and I love it.

The only series I'm taking a breather on is the Stormlight Archives because it's pretty dense but excited to jump back in. Love your videos!

Hi Liv! I loved TOG so much. I read a book a month last year except when I tandem read Empire of Storms and Tower of Dawn. As far as series I want to read- there are actually several series I want to start & finish this year. Crescent City, Spark of the Everflame, and Powerless are all priorities. You should focus on Tog and I will focus on CC- then we can message our thoughts for motivation lol.

Mine big one is Red Queen. I have put off the last book for so long I might have to reread them just to know what is going on😂

I've read two of the Robin Hobb series but am having a terrible time motivating myself to continue.

The weather hasn't been very summery where I live so far! Last year Autumn was really hot and I did NOT enjoy it 😔 it felt wrong. I can't wait to pick up my knitting and drink pumpkin lattes!

Ashburns books is more gothic. Can be somewhat gorey but not by much. It was a good read. I read it very quickly.
